Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing commercial furniture installation company in the Garner area recruit for Furniture Installation Leads and Supervisors. These are contract to hire opportunities working from 6am or 7am to early/mid afternoon, with overtime opportunities in the evenings and on weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Furniture Installation Leads and Supervisors will be responsible for leading a team of Installation Technicians
- Lead/Supervisor will assist Technicians with the assembly and installation of commercial office furniture
- Lead/Supervisor will follow diagrams and drawings to ensure proper installation
- Lead/Supervisor will inspect completed jobs to ensure company standards were met
- Lead/Supervisor will communicate with both clients and office staff on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Must have 5+ years furniture installation background
- Candidate must have previous leadership/project management experience
- Candidate must have strong communication skills as well as personnel management skills
- Must be mechanically inclined, with the ability to use various hand and power tools
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Must have a valid NC driver’s license and clean MVR. Experience driving a 26 foot box truck a plus
