Accentuate Staffing is assisting a well-established school in the Raleigh area recruit for a 1st shift Floor Tech and 1st shift Housekeeper to join their team. These are 1st shift (5am-2pm), contract to hire opportunities.

1st Shift Floor Tech

Responsibilities:

• Floor Tech will be responsible for general cleaning duties throughout the campus including dining and residence halls, classrooms, offices, gymnasiums, etc.
• Floor Tech will clean windows, sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, pull trash, polish fixtures, etc.
• Floor Tech will be responsible for stocking bathroom and maintaining inventory of supplies to include toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• Floor Tech will clean carpets as well as strip, wax, and buff floors
• Floor Tech will assist with receiving and delivering packages throughout campus
• Floor Tech will operate company vehicle to collect trash throughout campus

Requirements:

• Candidate must have 2 years commercial cleaning experience
• Candidate must have previous floor tech experience
• Candidate must be very practiced in sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
• Candidate must have strong attention to detail
• Must have a valid NC driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

1st Shift Housekeeper

Responsibilities:

• Housekeeper will be responsible for general cleaning duties throughout the campus including dining and residence halls, classrooms, offices, gymnasiums, etc.
• Housekeeper will clean windows, sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, pull trash, polish fixtures, etc.
• Housekeeper will be responsible for stocking bathroom and maintaining inventory of supplies to include toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• Housekeeper will assist with receiving and delivering packages throughout campus
