Responsibilities:

• Partner with Group finance team to develop monthly reports and financial dashboards.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, Operations Cost Analyst, Plant Controllers and regional teams to collect information and fully integrate analysis and reporting functions.
• Assist FP&A Manager drive reporting deadlines for monthly, Quarterly and annual budget processes as well as any special reporting requirements.
• Develop additional reporting metrics and analysis as needed to better understand the company’s income statement, productivity and the key drivers.
• Help FP&A Manager to integrate cash flow, working capital metrics and analytics into monthly reporting process
• Provide ad-hoc project analysis as needed supporting special initiatives and potential acquisitions or other business transactions.
• Work with Group controller to develop process for periodic forecast updates, to include monthly, Quarterly updates and full mid-year reforecast.
• Develop/collect inputs for monthly and quarterly Board of Director calls and meetings.
• Act as surge resource for the company helping support and lead special projects as they come up.
• Timely and accurate preparation of large program management reporting on a continual ad-hoc basis.
• Reporting of monthly, quarterly & annual financial performance through the development & use of revenue & expense forecasts, variances & trends of financial results.
• Perform financial analysis on monthly and quarterly results as well as ad-hoc analysis as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance Preferred
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to solve complex problems and drive continuous improvement in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
• Drive for results and a strong sense of urgency
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to influence on a wide range of audiences and subjects
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Access and other standard reporting and analytical software required
• Navigate and extract data from enterprise databases (Hyperion) to compile, interpret and create financial reports
• Ability to interact with all levels of management across the Company
• Ability to effectively and efficiently use fiscal tools, models and reports to make recommendations to management
• Knowledge of accounting and financial concepts
