Finance Administrative Clerk
Accentuate Staffing is seeking a temporary Finance Administrative Clerk for an onsite 3 month contract in Wendell, NC. The Finance Administrative Clerk performs duties in accounts receivable including (A/R) posting invoices, cash receipts, researching and resolving invoice discrepancies, payment collections, and updating customer accounts. Supports policies & procedures to promote continuous improvements to the quality of A/R reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Charge Credit Cards for US Companies
- Collect and Process Credit Applications for US Companies
- Print and mail invoices for US Companies
- Email Invoices/Customer Credit Card Receipts
- Review and Approved New Customer Setup for US Companies
- Post Invoice as needed
Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years of Accounting Education preferred
- 4 – 6 years of related experience in high volume Accounts Receivable environment.
- Knowledge of A/R processes.
- Strong Excel Skills, must be detailed oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication with the finance team, a team player ready to resolve A/R issues in a professional manner
