Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading electronic manufacturer who is hiring a Field Service Engineer to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity requiring 50-80% travel across the US, Mexico, and Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Field Service Engineer will provide onsite and remote technical support, diagnosis, and repair to customers
- Engineer will install, train customers, and service equipment
- Engineer will respond to complaints and inquiries for timely resolutions
- Engineer will visit accounts, attend trade shows, events
- Engineer will develop and implement training programs
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a Bachelors degree in a scientific or engineering discipline or equivalent experience/education
- Candidates must have 5 plus years experience servicing ElectroMechanical equipment
- Candidates should have experience working with high vacuums systems, pneumatic systems, optical systems
- Candidates with experience operating electron microscopes preferred
- Candidates must have a current, valid passport, and must have previous experience traveling for business purposes
- Candidates must be able to travel 50% most of the time and up to 80% some of the time
