Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an ERP Application Specialist to join a fast-growing manufacturing company located in Cary, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the analysis, design, delivery, and support for ERP applications and systems. Previous LN experience is a huge plus. Responsibilities:
- ERP
- Responsible for the reliable performance of ERP systems; resolves software and system issues as required
- Participates in projects to implement, test and design ERP systems and Provides technical guidance on the design, customization, implementation, and maintenance of ERP software solutions. Installs new software releases and system upgrades, and evaluates and installs patches
- Analyzes and defines ERP requirements for data and workflow. Collaborate with the Hardware and Systems Teams to optimize environments
- Monitors and maintains Batch Jobs and manages ERP programs, systems, and processes and users by estimating feasibility and compatibility with hardware and other systems
- Performs ERP applications programming activities including coding, testing, debugging and modifying critical components
- Data Management/Security
- Monitors and maintains ERP system security and protection and control of business data from theft, damage or corruption. Assures malware prevention, monitoring and updates are current on the ERP
- Maintains system stability ensuring data continues to be available at required level of performance. Ensures regular data and systems backups and restore.
- Assures availability of data without compromising system security
- Disaster recovery planning for the ERP
- ISO / SOX Compliance
- Accountable for supporting internal and external IT SOX audit compliance
- Provide support for organization wide compliance – document controls around security, applications deployments, change management, and other processes
Requirements:
- BS in Information Technology or similar field of study with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in ERP Systems environment, preferred BAAN LN ERP.
- In depth knowledge of ERP technical design, development, deployment and customization – ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ISO and SOX requirements desirable
- Good oral and written English skills
- Troubleshooting experience in ERP integration with external systems (EDI, Barcode Printing, Document conversion software, etc.)
