Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain equipment inventory, including tracking, organizing, and ensuring availability of necessary equipment
• Assist with researching and selecting software options suited for managing equipment maintenance, inventory, logistics and GPS tracking
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to coordinate equipment and trailer deliveries
• Coordinate equipment repairs and maintenance, including scheduling service appointments and communicating with technicians
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or repairs needed
• Develop and implement procedures for the safe handling, storage, and transportation of equipment
• Assist with administrative tasks related to equipment management, such as maintaining records, generating reports, and ordering supplies
• Manage a team of equipment repair technicians

Requirements:

• Previous experience in equipment management or a related field required
• Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Report -Associate’s degree preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure efficient use of resources
• Proficient in basic math skills for inventory tracking and budgeting purposes
• Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills for interacting with vendors, technicians, and internal staff
• Familiarity with stock management systems or software is a plus
• Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
