Accentuate Staffing manufacturer is looking for an Electronics Engineering Technician to assist with maintaining electronic components on machinery. This is a direct hire opportunity working 1st shift hours.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot electronics and electrical controls including PLC’s, VFDs, Control Panels, etc.
- Install electrical upgrades on machinery
- Collaborate on process improvements efforts
- Maintain inventory of electrical components
- Assist in development of preventive maintenance schedules
Requirements:
- 3 + years electronics/electrical background
- Associate degree or technical diploma in Electronics Engineering Technology or related field required.
- Working knowledge of industrial control systems
- Strong knowledge of AC and DC power systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics
- Knowledge troubleshooting of hydraulic and pneumatic systems a plus
- Previous experience using AutoCAD or other drafting software a plus
