Accentuate Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven DX Program Manager to join one of our clients on their Digital Experience (DX) team. This pivotal role will be responsible for coordinating efforts across DX Design, DX Platforms, and DX CRM to ensure smooth execution of projects, alignment with business goals, and efficient resource management. The DX Program Manager will work closely with key stakeholders and team leads, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This position sits outside of the Design/CRM/Platforms structure and reports directly to the DX Director.

This is a fully remote position but you must live in North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

roject Planning & Execution:

  • Evaluate new DX technical projects, primarily engaging CRM and Platforms teams, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with DX team leads and business stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure project milestones are met on schedule and within budget.

Stakeholder & Business Partner Collaboration:

  • Provide regular project updates to DX Leadership, business partners, and organizational leadership.
  • Help manage expectations and ensure alignment on project deliverables across all stakeholders.

Process & Workflow Optimization:

  • Develop and refine project management processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Implement effective project management methodologies to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.

Technology & Platform Coordination:

  • Collaborate with DX Platforms teams to manage system upgrades and implementations, ensuring integration across platforms and technologies.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Establish project management KPIs to measure project success and team efficiency.
  • Provide data-driven insights into project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work with the Digital Analyst to ensure tracking and reporting align with enterprise-level dashboards.

Change Management & Training:

  • Support teams in adapting to new workflows, tools, and processes to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Assist in training marketing and commercial teams on new digital experience initiatives and systems.
  • Ensure thorough documentation of processes and best practices for future reference and training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in program or project management, with a strong background in digital experience (DX), technology, or CRM platforms.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in technology integrations and platform coordination is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and digital experience platforms is a plus.
