Dispatching and Parts Coordinator
Accentuate Staffing is looking for a motivated and organized individual to join one of our clients as a Dispatching & Parts Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring technicians have the necessary parts to perform their work efficiently. You will communicate with multiple vendors, order parts, and track the delivery timelines to ensure timely service. Additionally, you will be responsible for filing warranty claims to support the team.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to five designated vendors to source and price parts for technicians.
- Evaluate vendor delivery times and prioritize fast and reliable shipping.
- File warranty claims for defective or damaged parts.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and claims.
Requirements:
- Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or related fields is preferred.
- HVAC knowledge or experience in construction coordination, plumbing, or auto services is a plus
- Purchasing experience and/or experience in dispatching services and warranty claims
- Strong communication skills to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to track multiple parts orders and claims.
- Willing to work onsite M-F
