Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for several Dispatch Representatives for a client in Raleigh, NC. This is a temp to hire position working fully from home after an initial 3 day onsite training. Candidates must be located within the triangle area. Full and part time schedules are available.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally through phone, email, or chat channels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, service requests, and dispatch details in the company’s CRM system.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing necessary information and updates throughout the service process.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and concerns by providing accurate information and ensuring successful service completion.
- Collaborate with other CSRs, supervisors, and other staff to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and enhance overall service quality.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
- The ability to work fully remotely following the initial onsite training
