Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a fast-growing toxicology company who is hiring for experience Business Development Professional. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering highly competitive benefits while working remotely. The ideal candidate has experience developing new business as well as establishing client relationships in the scientific industry.
Responsibilities:
- Leading sales activities, developing and maintaining a balanced sales pipeline of leads, targets, and proposals.
- Capturing and identifying new business as well as, promoting new services to existing clients.
- Cross collaboration with senior management and scientists to develop new proposals.
- Support marketing activities, this would include preparation and participation at conferences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business development or scientific major, although an advanced degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of business development experience within the scientific industry.
- Proven ability of exceeding sales target and executing business development plans with annual targets of $3M+ in new business.
- Superb interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; ability to present in front of an audience with ease.
