Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VLAN networks in a Cisco environment.
• Configuration, deployment, administration, repair and support of all network hardware-routers, switches, and wireless devices
• Maintain detailed network information, including diagrams and documentation.
• Working knowledge and administration of Windows Active Directory
• Monitor and maintain servers.
• Configuration, deployment, administration, repair and support of HP servers, desktops, laptops (Microsoft)
• Configuration, deployment, repair, and support of Zebra handheld computers (Android and Microsoft)
• Configuration, deployment, repair and support of HP and Printronix printers
• Provide direct computer/network support to users relating to software and hardware problems- remote and onsite.
• Monitoring, prioritizing, and resolving work orders through ticketing system.

Requirements:

• Cisco knowledge and experience of implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Experience in networking tools and techniques
• Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems (Server 2008R2, 2012, 2016, 2019 and Windows 10,11)
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience using Microsoft systems management tools (SCCM, VMM)
• Experience in a virtual server environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for Yealink IP phones and IP phone systems
• Ability to properly prioritize assignments and sound judgement to handle issues with minimal supervision.
