Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opening for a Data Entry Coordinator within a fast-paced regulatory department. This position is responsible for revising and consolidating all product labels to a new centralized software program.  The Data Entry Coordinator is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data related to product labels into the company’s database. The ideal candidate will need to have experience with Adobe InDesign.

Responsibilities:

  • Revise, migrate, and centralize product label SKUs into new software program
  • Annotate and track label revisions in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Verify data quality and maintain accurate records
  • Entering product label information and other pertinent details into the database.
  • Reviewing product labels for accuracy and completeness before entering data.
  • Collaborating with regulatory team members to verify and confirm labeling information.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all product labels in the database.
  • Assisting with quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Performs high-volume data entry using but not limited to Word, Adobe, Excel, SharePoint, Oracle, or other computer software programs.
  • Following established procedures and guidelines for data entry and record-keeping.
  • Adhering to strict confidentiality and data security protocols to protect sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and SharePoint
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with data entry and working with regulatory compliance requirements is preferred but not required
