Accentuate Staffing has an immediate long term contract opportunity for a customer support representative with an established manufacturer in the Apex, Fuquay Varina area. This position will be onsite Mon- Fri from 8 am 5 pm. The customer support representative will enter and track orders, process warranty claims, support outside sales reps and technicians with service repair updates, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Process high level of warranty requests via all media channels, quickly & effectively while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and detail.
- Provide Customers and Sales Team with service repair updates upon request.
- Partner with internal Service Technicians to maintain process flow and service and warranty system updates.
- Use of RMB Warranty system to register products and dispatch claims.
- Maintain process flow and organization of incoming warranty requests
- Process returns authorizations as needed.
- Maintain Department SLA metrics.
- Provide backup assistance to the processing of warranty claims when necessary.
- Effectively communicate to Customers, Dealers, and Sales team via email and phone daily.
- Must be able to adapt to a demanding environment and adapt well to change.
- Thorough manual entry skills for warranty processing to oversee heavy volume.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years related experience in customer experience/warranty processing or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of computer options and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Possess the ability to multitask between various software systems, problem resolution issues, and incoming customer phone calls.
- Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage the high volume of detailed transactions and orders with speed and accuracy.
- Must be initiative-taking, and proactive with respect to working with minimal supervision and guidance.
- Prior experience with warranty processing, and claims processes preferred.
