Customer Service Representative
Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Raleigh, NC. As a Customer Service Representative you will play a crucial role in ensuring contractors have a positive experience with their orders/products/services. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, providing assistance and information while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to contractor inquiries via phone and email in a timely and friendly manner.
- Assist walk in customers with placing/picking up orders & questions/concerns .
- Provide product information, resolve customer issues, and offer solutions to problems.
- Coordinate with warranty department as needed
- Assist customers with order processing, including order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements.
- Uphold the company’s customer service standards and policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
- 3-5 years customer service/call center experience required including heavy customer resolution
- Construction and/or construction material distribution experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with constant change.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a desire to assist others.
- Ability to adapt to change and willingness to learn about our products/services.
