Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Raleigh, NC.  As a Customer Service Representative you will play a crucial role in ensuring contractors have a positive experience with their orders/products/services. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, providing assistance and information while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to contractor inquiries via phone and  email in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Assist walk in customers with placing/picking up orders & questions/concerns .
  • Provide product information, resolve customer issues, and offer solutions to problems.
  • Coordinate with warranty department as needed
  • Assist customers with order processing, including order placement, tracking, and returns.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements.
  • Uphold the company’s customer service standards and policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years  customer service/call center experience required including heavy customer resolution
  • Construction and/or construction material distribution experience  is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with constant change.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a desire to assist others.
  • Ability to adapt to change and willingness to learn about our products/services.
