Accentuate Staffing is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for one of our clients in Raleigh, NC. The position is with an innovative company that is dedicated to providing exceptional products/services to their valued customers. As a Customer Service Representative you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers have a positive experience with the products/services. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing assistance and information while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner.
- Provide product information, resolve customer issues, and offer solutions to problems.
- Assist customers with order processing, including order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Uphold the company’s customer service standards and policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 3-5 years customer service experience required including order entry/PO processing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a desire to assist others.
- Ability to adapt to change and willingness to learn about our products/services.
