Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a Customer Engagement Associate to join a client-focused team in Raleigh, NC, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and engagement. The ideal candidate will clarify product and service details via phone, email, chat, or social media. This is a full time, temp to hire position offering hybrid flexibility after training.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
  • Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
  • Address customer questions and complaints; escalate issues to the appropriate specialist or staff member when necessary.
  • Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or 2 years equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally over the phone or in written form for online text chat in a professional manner.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions and tasks effectively.
