Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a US Controller-Sales Operations for our International Manufacturing Client with their US Corporate office located in Raleigh, NC 27612.  This is a newly created role offering a hybrid schedule and excellent benefits. As the US Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of sales operations and supporting key functions within operations controlling in the US. Your role will be pivotal in driving profitability, ensuring accurate financial forecasting, and contributing to pricing control strategies. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and provide crucial support in logistics, supply chain, and credit control.

Responsibilities:

  • Support to Forecast Elaboration: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of sales forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
  • Profitability Understanding & Detail Follow-up: Analyze sales data to provide insights into profitability and collaborate with internal teams for detailed financial tracking.
  • Sales Mix Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize the sales mix, contributing to enhanced profitability and better product performance.
  • Pricing Control Support: Assist in the control and review of pricing strategies, ensuring compliance with financial targets and market trends.
  • Stock Management (3PL): Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) stock management, ensuring inventory levels are aligned with business needs and cost-efficiency.
  • Logistics Cost Analysis & Scenarios: Support in the analysis of logistics costs, exploring various scenarios to optimize expenses and contribute to business case development.
  • Supply Chain Controlling Support: Provide assistance in supply chain controlling activities, ensuring accurate cost tracking and control across the supply chain processes.
  • Manage and monitor credit applications and control processes, ensuring alignment with financial policies and risk management strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between the Sales Controlling and Finance (FI) departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination on financial matters.
  • Prepare and present local tax submissions, ensuring compliance with all relevant procedures and regulations.
  • Propose day to day business decisions according to the strategic initiatives.Implant the best policies to grow up as a group.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5 years Accounting/Finance experience required
  • Manufacturing Industry experience required
  • SAP or Large ERP Systems experience required
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau required
  • Salesforce experience preferred, NOT required
  • International experience a plus
  • Experience working across multiple entities a plus
