Responsibilities:

• Inspector will perform inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Inspector will utilize inspection tools and equipment to assess product quality, following established Quality Assurance procedures.
• Inspector will record inspection results and document defects in the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Inspector will conduct first-piece inspections on new materials and complex parts before production use.
• Inspector will perform in-process inspections and address nonconforming materials in production.
• Inspector will operate automated testing equipment for PC board assemblies, magnets, and other components.
• Inspector will maintain calibration and preventive maintenance programs, coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Candidates must have at least 4 years of progressive experience in quality inspection.
• Candidates must have proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office.
• Candidates must have knowledge and experience at the ASQC-CMI/CQT level (certification preferred).
• Candidates must have strong manual dexterity and the ability to read engineering drawings.
• Candidates must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
