Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Onsite Community Manager at a property in Wake Forest, NC.   We are seeking candidates that are highly organized with strong interpersonal skills who can handle complex situations.  The Onsite Community Manager is a dynamic and engaging role that combines elements of property management, community engagement, and customer service. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, resident satisfaction, and fostering a sense of community. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring a high-quality living experience and promoting community initiatives that resonate with the community residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Read, interpret, and apply association governing documents
  • Respond to board member and homeowner inquires
  • Experience in managing multiple associations/projects
  • Manage staff of 3+
  • Develops and manages budgets
  • Presents and comprehends financial and accounting reports and meets with Board and Financial committee to discuss
  • Obtains service bids, manages contractors, and prepares for and conducts meetings
  • Work with on-site staff to deliver on goals and service the community
  • Offer additional training to Assistant Community Manager as needed
  • Handle escalated service issues with homeowners as needed
  • Assist with occasional after hours/weekend events

Requirements:

  • Must have HOA Community Management experience
  • CMCA® designation from Community Associations Institute required
  • 3+ years of association management experience required &  project management experience required
  • 2+ years of on-site management experience preferred
  • 2+ years of active adult association management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High quality standards and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and maintain records
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and positive approach, good organizational skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work additional hours to meet deadlines • Professional appearance and manner
  • Ability to problem solve and maintain accuracy
