Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join a consulting service organization in Cary, NC.  As a Client Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with  the services offered.  This is a hybrid opportunity working 2pm – 10pm Monday – Friday.   If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy problem-solving, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Compiling, verifying accuracy,  and sorting information for computer entry
  • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
  • Responding to information requests from clients
  • Answering phones and responding to client issues
  • Onboarding new assignments

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in business or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience preferred – insurance and/or  horticulture industry experience
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office and CRM platforms
  • Able to process large amounts of information accurately and quickly
  • Advanced data entry skills
  • Project Coordinator and Customer Service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional phone demeanor
