Accentuate Staffing is seeking a Clerical Assistant to join a client in Dunn, NC, providing essential support in a customer service capacity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position will cover a medical leave with potential to turn into a long term role.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Enter customer orders into the system accurately and ensure timely processing
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for orders, inspections, and other documents.
  • Communicate order statuses, delays, or issues to customers in a clear and courteous manner.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including copying, scanning, and document preparation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or clerical training is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a clerical, administrative, or customer service role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
