Responsibilities:

• Work with product owners and stakeholders from other departments of the company to define scope, objectives, and project roadmap.
• Document business process flow, use cases, and functional requirements using Azure DevOps.
• Lead project communications including leading project meetings, setting expectations, and providing timely updates.
• Coordinate with UX, design, and dev teams to translate business requirements into working solutions.
• Validate that completed product solutions meet the requirements and expectations of stakeholders and users.
• Be the immediate support contact for all team members.

Requirements:

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience working in agile environment gathering and analyzing business needs.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies and familiarity with software development lifecycle.
• Strong working experience using Project Management software such as: Azure DevOps (preferred), JIRA, Basecamp, Asana, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solicit participation and input from others.
• Facilitation and Meeting-Management skills.
• Ability to quickly analyze, troubleshoot, and correct perceived problems.
• Excellent follow through and ability to develop and implement action plans.
• An ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
