Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a cutting-edge, biotechnology company who is hiring for Bioprocessing Technicians. This is a direct hire opportunity, offering competitive pay and benefits, working onsite. The ideal candidate has a background in bioprocessing at GMP-regulated facility.
Responsibilities:
- Mastering a variety of bioprocessing techniques such as; tangential flow filtration (TFF), protein characterization, chromatography, protein purification, E and coli fermentation.
- Supporting upstream and downstream development in a team oriented environment.
- Assisting external development efforts of both ISO and GMP grade materials.
- Improving product manufacturing by effectively communicating manufacturing and process results in team meetings as well as, contributing solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience performing routine bioprocessing and wet-lab responsibilities.
- Strong preference for candidates who have experience with E. coli fermentation, molecular biology, downstream processing, lysis, filtration and chromatography.
- Formal training related to chemical engineering, bioengineering or bioprocessing.
- Direct experience working a GMP-regulated, pharmaceutical facility.
