Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a full-time Billing Administrator for our client in Raleigh, NC. As a Billing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the billing process, customer interaction, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This position collaborates closely with various teams within the organization to provide essential accounting support. This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

  • Close out repair calls on a daily schedule and generate and distribute invoices via mail or email.
  • Enter invoices into to customer specific electronic portals.
  • Collaborate with the Collections team to address aging accounts and customer past-due notices.
  • Provide support for the annual audit process, assisting in the preparation and documentation of financial records.
  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial reporting records.
  • Establish and maintain a rapport / positive working relationship with all potential and existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Two-year degree in accounting or five years of related accounting experience
  • Experience with Great Plains Accounting is preferred.
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Word and Excel for data entry and document management.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage difficult client or customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, solicit feedback to improve service, and respond to requests for service and assistance.
