Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opportunity for a bilingual Customer Service Representative with a global manufacturer in Apex, NC. The position will respond to international and domestic customers over the phone and via email regarding pricing, order status, and service availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries
  • Enter domestic and international orders into ERP system
  • Research part numbers, pricing, and service availability
  • Issue credit and debits to accounts and Return Material Authorizations
  • Provide an overall excellent customer service experience for new and existing customers

Requirements:

  • Must have previous customer service within a manufacturing environment
  • Must be proficient with MS Office and previous ERP experience is preferred
  • High school diploma is required
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking and writing experience is needed
