Accentuate Staffing is currently a seeking full time Bilingual HR Support Professional for a construction company in Cary, NC. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask- answer phones, send emails, and respond to needs of the office all at the same time. This position requires a great deal of discretion as responsibilities include confidentiality of contracts and revenue to the branch.
Responsibilities:
- Conducts new hire orientation and processes paperwork
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Assembles, prepares, and analyzes data for reports
- Answers the telephone, relays messages, and assists in covering reception area.
- Assisting employees with HR related issues
- Assist with office events- team building, leadership meetings, holiday parties
Requirements:
- Associates degree preferred, high school diploma required
- MUST be bilingual in Spanish
- 1-3 years of working experience in similar administrative position
- Communicate professionally, politely, and concisely, on the phone and in person
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills
- Able to anticipate needs and manage multiple competing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
