Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an AR Specialist for our well established client in Raleigh. This opportunity is offering a flexible remote/hybrid schedule and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the posting and application of all customer payments received through lockbox and ACH
- Research and analysis locating correct customer account and invoices
- Assist with the day-to-day inquiries from internal and external customers as it relates to cash receipts
- Reconciliation of customer accounts to resolve discrepancies, missing and misapplied payments
- Provide cross functional support within team, as well as/ ad hoc duties
- Performs other related duties as required by leadership
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years Accounts Receivable/Cash applications experience
- Solid 10-key skills & Microsoft Office skills
- Experience working with an ERP system preferred
- Experience with high volume transactions within business-to-business organization a
- Detail Oriented with excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to research information
