Accentuate Staffing is hiring an Application Support Specialist to join a leading construction company in Charlotte, NC. The Application Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to end users of our company’s ERP applications. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing training to end users, and set up new users.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to end users of our company’s software applications, including ERP.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with ERP.
  • Providing training to end users on ERP.
  • Working with ERP vendor for troubleshooting support
  • Monitoring and maintaining our company’s ERP applications.
  • Keeping up-to-date on the latest ERP technologies.
  • Documenting all support activities.
  • Day-to-day: set up end users in ERP, support calls, troubleshooting within ERP, test items, assist technology manager with items.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience with end user support and application support.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with our company’s software applications.
  • Experience with technical support.
  • ERP experience is preferred.
