Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an AP Specialist for our client in Cary. This is a Direct Hire fulltime opportunity offering flexible hours and solid benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Make vendor payments via check
- Organize and batch enter transactions into system
- Maintain vendor profiles and records including W-9 processing
- Investigation and resolution of vendor queries
- Allocation and reconciliation of fixed assets
- Use of Journal Entries to reissue payments
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Accounting or Business preferred (not required)
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Especially EXCEL)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem solving skills
