Accentuate Staffing has an immediate opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join a busy talent development team in RTP, NC. This role will support various administrative functions including internship programming, scheduling training sessions, tracking training activities, generating reports, coordinating communications, and using tools such as Workday, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Zoom, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a proactive approach to managing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, enroll, and manage logistics for training sessions, workshops, internship program events, etc. 
  • Coordinate calendars and work with internal teams to ensure availability and alignment for training programs. 
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and virtual session setups. 
  • Maintain spreadsheets, track participation, and ensure that records are up to date in relevant systems (Workday, LMS, etc.). 
  • Generate and maintain regular reports on attendance and completion. 
  • Compile and analyze data to identify trends or gaps and assist in report design and delivery. 
  • Draft and send internal communications regarding upcoming internship programming, training sessions, schedules, and other relevant updates. 
  • Respond to inquiries regarding programming, training schedules, enrollments, cancellations, and other related topics in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Assist in data entry and maintenance of records in Workday and LMS system. 
  • Ensure that information and data is complete and accurate. 
  • Collaborate with others to streamline comms, programming, data, and reporting processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the user experience. 
  • Suggest improvements to data management, reporting processes, and overall workflow. 

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative support, preferably in a Learning & Development or HR environment 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Experience with Workday and/or LMS systems is highly preferred but not required. 
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools and technologies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone and clarity. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. 
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to streamline processes.
