Accentuate Staffing has an immediate Administrative Assistant role that will be hybrid primarily all remote with an established association in Raleigh. This role is temp-to-hire and will provide administrative support to the legal and investigations team. This position is responsible for complaint case management from case initiation to conclusion, including monitoring and documentation of case status, moving cases through the complaint process, responding to telephone and email inquiries, and sending case correspondence documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for case management of Complaint cases:  create initial complaint case file, communicate professionally with complainants and licensee requesting pertinent information relative to the complaint. Create modifications to the letters according to the specifics of the case.
  • Responsible for researching investigative files and gathering documents for the database to accurately document all historical and current activity related to complaint cases.
  • Convert documents to searchable text form for case management accessibility and searchable text case review.  Review and redact documents according to protocol.
  • Responds to internal staff member requests for additional documentation.
  • Prepares committee and reports and review report extractions.
  • Attend monthly staff case meetings and bi-monthly meetings. Participate in meeting duties to include displaying reports, recording minutes.
  • At the conclusion of meetings, produce the work notes and assign cases to the appropriate department.

Requirements:

  • Two-year or four-year college degree
  • Minimum of two-years of strong administrative and project support experience is required.
  • Must have strong MS Office skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and Adobe
