Accentuate Staffing is  seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable/Office Administrator to one of our clients in their Raleigh office. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment connected to both an office and a warehouse, where they will be an integral part of a small team. This role requires a blend of accounts receivable expertise, problem-solving ability, service quoting,  and strong  customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable: Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
  • Office Administration: Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating schedules.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle calls from customers inquiring about quotes and scheduling for services.
  • Problem-Solving: Approach tasks with a proactive mindset. Be prepared to search for information and resolve issues.
  • Software: Utilize QuickBooks (training provided if needed).

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in accounts receivable and office administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to handle a variety of personalities, including warehouse-connected environment.
  • Basic proficiency in QuickBooks is a plus, but not required.
  • Comfortable working in a small team and collaborating with all departments.
