Responsibilities:

• Perform all duties associated with Accounts Payable for the company(Including 1099 preparation, invoice discrepancies, audit & process credit card bills, Property Tax bills annually, etc).
• Assist in the preparation of journal entries and monthly reconciliation of company general ledger accounts, as assigned.
• Perform daily cash flow analysis to ensure appropriate cash is on hand to process payments.
• Assist in the preparation of miscellaneous analyses, as assigned.
• Provide information for auditors and tax accountants, as requested.
• Perform other duties, as required.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of general accounting experience. A/P experience is required.
• Experience working with Oracle JD Edwards and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Must possess effective working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and common accounting procedures.
• Must demonstrate the ability to identify and resolve basic accounting problems.
• Must possess the ability to proficiently use automated accounting and office systems.
• Must be organized and able to consistently meet deadlines.
• Effective social and critical thinking skills are necessary.
• Results-oriented and motivated with a sense of personal accountability.
