Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Accounting/Finance Specialist for our Manufacturing Client Headquartered in RTP, NC. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting, display the highest level of professionalism, and have a strong desire for both professional and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including collections.
- Administer federal, state, and local filings.
- Monthly Sales Tax Filings
- Managing the organization of financial records.
- Handling reconciliations for bank and general ledgers.
- Preparing the trial balance and financial statements
- Assist with Payroll Timecard Entry
Requirements:
- An Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of recent accounting experience.
- QuickBooks experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with ERP accounting systems
- Understanding of GAAP
