Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Senior Java Developer to join a premiere client in the Durham-RTP area to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Implement new functionality as well as maintaining existing J2EE Applications
• Analyze and debug new/existing software systems
• Implement scalable software systems
• Participate in code reviews and
• Participate in the design and development of new/existing software solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of work experience with Java and J2EE technologies
• 2+ years’ experience working with AJAX
• A strong background with the SDLC process and the ability to manage/promote
• Extensive knowledge in HTML/CSS and JavaScript
• Proficiency in the following technologies – JSP, XML, SQL, SQL Server, and Java Application Servers (such as WebLogic and Tomcat)
• Ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure
• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is required.
