Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join an established company in the RTP area.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate biomarker, cell-based, immunogenicity, immuno- and enzymatic assays for support of preclinical, clinical and product release studies
• Work closely with clients to assure successful on time execution of assays, validation and sample analysis under GxPs
• Design and execute experiments efficiently
• Conduct routine analysis
• Present data and posters
• Perform statistical analysis
• Write reports and prepare SOPs
• May fulfill the role of Bioanalytical Project Manager
• Provide client satisfaction and great science
• Achieve corporate revenue targets

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, biotechnology, or related field with > 12 years’ experience in a scientific laboratory environment; or
• Master’s degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, biotechnology, or related field with > 10 years’ experience in a scientific laboratory environment; or
• PhD in molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, biotechnology, or related field > 8 years’ experience in a scientific laboratory environment.
• Ability to develop immunoassays in some or all of the following immunoassay platforms: ELISA, MSD-ECL, RIA, DELFIA, HTRF, and AlphaScreen
• Must work effectively within team to meet objectives under time constraints
• Proficient in the use of MS Excel and Word
• Knowledge and application of regulatory guidance to experimental planning and design
• Experience working in GxP environments and demonstrated knowledge of GxP regulations
