Accentuate Staffing is assisting an electronics manufacturer in the Raleigh area who is hiring a CNC Setup Operator to join their team. This is a great opportunity working on 1st shift Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and prepare CNC machines for production runs, including tool changes, fixture setup, and material loading.
- Interpret engineering drawings and program CNC machines accordingly.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Operate CNC lathes, mills and making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues as they arise to include disassembling equipment and editing programming.
- Document machine settings, production data, and any maintenance or troubleshooting activities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in CNC machining is a plus.
- Proficiency in reading and blueprints.
- Proven experience as a CNC Setup Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
