2nd and 3rd shift Warehouse Freezer Supervisor
Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established food processing plant in the Goldsboro area who is hiring a 2nd and 3rd shift Warehouse Freezer Supervisor to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Freezer Supervisor will oversee Freezer Associates and Warehouse personnel
- Supervisor will oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities
- Supervisor will verify shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices
- Supervisor will manage work orders and work assignments to meet shipping and receiving schedules
- Supervisor will oversee storage space, daily flow of product
- Supervisor will manage inventory, rotating product, and identifying slow moving product
- Supervisor will ensure employees adhere to all Food Safety and Quality SOPs
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 4 years Warehouse Supervisory experience
- Candidates must have at least 2 years experience in food manufacturing and working in controlled temperatures
- Candidates must be able to work in a Freezer Temperature of -20
- Candidates must have a strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and must be a certified Forklift Operator
- High School Diploma/GED required with 5 years warehouse leadership experience; Bachelors degree a plus
- Bilingual with English and Spanish a plus
