Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a premiere client in the Durham-RTP area looking for a Sr. Java Developer to come and join their growing team. This Sr. Java Developer will be tasked with implementing new functionality as well as maintaining existing J2EE Applications. Candidates must have proven track record in an Agile environment and must be able to effectively analyze and debug new and existing software systems. In addition, the right candidates must be able to implement scalable software systems, participate in code reviews and participate in the design and development of new/existing software solutions.
Our client is seeking a minimum experience of:
• 5+ years of work experience with Java and J2EE technologies
• 2+ years’ experience working with AJAX.
• A strong background with the SDLC process and the ability to manage/promote it.
• Extensive knowledge in HTML/CSS and JavaScript
• Proficiency in the following technologies – JSP, XML, SQL, SQL Server, and Java Application Servers (such as WebLogic and Tomcat).
• This is a start-up environment, so the ability to work at a fast pace under pressure situations is a must.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is required.
