Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a great client in the RTP in need of a Network Administrator to join their staff on a contract-hire capacity. This candidate will be a mid-level candidate with 2-4 years of experience minimum, working in a smaller to mid-size shop. In this role, you will provide a mixture of client side support and network side support in a technically diverse setting. Our client is looking for a candidate who can step into this role and use the skills they have already, but also with enough room to grow and be challenged.

Skills and experiences that the client is looking for is listed below:
• Networking skills, including basic administration of hubs, switches, firewalls, vLAN’s, VoIP (Avaya).
• Basic server administration skills, including experience with Windows ’08 and VMWare (experience configuring these servers and performance tuning).
• Desktop skills, including experience with Windows XP, MS Office and solid customer service skills (for working with the end users).
• Cabling, specifically with Cat5.
Skills that aren’t mandatory, just nice to have:
• CCNA would be nice to have
• 4 yr. C.S. Degree (preferred).
Some of the duties of this role will be required to be handled off hours, but this role is an 8-5 position. Our client is ready to interview and start a candidate as soon as possible.
