Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a construction services company in the Wake Forest area. This is a direct hire position for the right candidate and an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop overall project schedule, project plan, communication plan, contract management, project financial performance/budget and identification/management of risk.
• Work directly with customers to develop product specifications and oversee design, build and delivery as requested
• Primary liaison with internal sales, engineering and operations to ensure all deadlines and customer specifications are met.
• P&L responsibilities for all assigned projects.

Requirements:

• BS/BA in related discipline required (Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred)
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in fast paced construction services company
• Excellent communication skills in dealing with multiple customers and projects simultaneously
