Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for 12 contract-to-hire positions in RTP and Cary, NC. This is a Tier 1 Help Desk Support opportunity with a focus on Active Directory and Microsoft Office. Opportunities are available for all shifts.

Responsibilities:

Accept and register Service Calls
Classify Service Calls according to the specified options
Execute 1st attempt to solve the Service Call
Refer Service Call to the appropriate Resolution Owner Support Group
Close Service Call
Report about Service Calls
Communicate response times for dispatched tickets to the customers

Requirements:

Technical Help Desk or Technical Call Center experience is required
Experience with Windows Operating Systems to include:
Clients: Windows7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000
Servers: Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2008
Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange 2003/2007
Experience with ticketing tools such as Remedy, HP Service Center, Peregrine Service Center
Experience with support for laptops, desktops, and printers
