Accentuate Staffing is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join a small, close-knit team. This role involves essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and provide a high level of customer service.  This is an onsite role in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
  • Proactively call customers to coordinate scheduling.
  • Manage and organize filing systems, ensuring documents are accessible and up-to-date.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks as needed to support the office team.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly phone manner.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a small office environment.
  • Comfortable working closely with a small team in a shared space.
