Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading equipment supplier in the construction industry who is hiring a Foreman to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits, frequent local travel, and a company vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Foreman will lead work crews lifting, moving, and installing machinery
- Foreman will determine best methods of lifting equipment, operating hoists, cranes, winches, forklifts
- Foreman will schedule workload, optimize manpower, equipment, and materials to complete project
- Foreman will ensure proper supply of tools and equipment
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 1-3 years rigging or heavy lifting background in a Foreman role
- Candidates must be proficient reading specifications, drawings, engineering documentation
- Candidates must be comfortable working 10 hour days, weekends, and some holidays
