Accentuate Staffing is searching for a skilled Project Manager to oversee a data migration project at a prominent healthcare organization. The project is anticipated to conclude in June 2025. This dynamic role will be instrumental in guiding a critical migration to Amazon Web Services (AWS), ensuring a seamless transition and optimizing data operations.

As a Data Migration Project Manager, you will oversee multiple workstreams, including infrastructure, data ingestion, ETL, analytics, and data visualization. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive project plan, ensuring the team stays on track, and mitigating potential risks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a transformative project and make a significant impact on the organization.

This position is fully remote but you must reside in North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and manage risks effectively.
  • Facilitate regular status updates and communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance and change management processes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of project management experience, with a minimum of 5 years managing data migration projects.
  • Proven expertise in leading complex technical projects, particularly within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services, including S3, Glue, and Redshift.
  • Experience working with agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
