Accentuate Staffing is seeking an Office Assistant for a client in Sanford. The Office Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing support to various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Accurately input and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and team members.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 2 years of administrative or office management experience.
  • Experience with sales tax requirements and QuickBooks would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with systems such as SAP, QAD, AS400, or Sage is also beneficial.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with clients, visitors, and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
