
Office Assistant
Accentuate Staffing is seeking an Office Assistant for a client in Sanford. The Office Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing support to various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Accurately input and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and team members.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of administrative or office management experience.
- Experience with sales tax requirements and QuickBooks would be a plus.
- Familiarity with systems such as SAP, QAD, AS400, or Sage is also beneficial.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with clients, visitors, and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
