Accentuate Staffing is assisting a client of ours in the Clayton area recruit for a Quality Improvement Specialist to join their team. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Day and Night shift positions available. Must be available to work a 12 hour rotating shift.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve quality issues occurring during shifts.
- Address non-conformities and impromptu events in a timely manner.
- Ensure Batch Production Records (BPR) are accurate and receive timely approvals.
- Collaborate with process teams to develop preventive actions, reducing the likelihood of quality issues reoccurring.
- Ensure training programs comply and verify training effectiveness.
- Work closely with team members to enhance quality and compliance.
- Communicate corrective actions from investigations clearly and ensure all team members are informed.
- Maintain compliance with standardized operating procedures (DFP standards) during shifts.
- Perform regular compliance assessments and audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Aseptic Processing experience preferred.
- Candidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience with SAP a plus
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
