Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading printing company in the Durham area who is hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join their team. This is a great direct hire opportunity working on day or night shift.
Positions Available:
- Die Cutter Operators
- Foil Stamp Operators
- Slitter Operators
- Folder Gluer Operators
- Overwrap Operators
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain printing machinery specific to your role (Die Cutter, Foil Stamp, Slitter, Folder Gluer, Overwrap)
- Set up machines according to specifications and ensure they are running efficiently
- Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the printing process
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating printing machinery in an industrial setting
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
